Cutting Frame
Fixed cutting frame with movable conveyor table for horizontal
block movement.Standard cutting width of 1,300 mm (4.25 ft.) or
2.200 mm (7.2 ft.). |
Saw Motor
The saw motor, a direct-drive electric motor, is mounted on the
cutting frame assembly. An inverter-style speed
controller operates the motor at 85Hz or 3,470 rpm. |
Stepper Motors
Stepper motors precisely control 1mm steps to ensure extremely
accurate cuts. |
Safety System
A safety screen envelopes the main cutting frame.Entry doors only
open after the wire has stopped. |

DUST EXTRACTION
The Wintech Fastwire machine is supplied with a perforated dust-extractor
head that allows fitting to wide variety of commonly available
dust-extractor units. The dust-extractor head surrounds the cutting
wire and the guide wheel and captures dust produced by the cutting
process and carried out by the exiting cutting wire. |
