It uses a high-speed abrasive wire, running in excess of 300km/h, ensuring that it can profile almost all foams available on the market. The wire is positioned using precision stepper motors, providing accuracy and speed of travel. Teamed with the powerful Profiler software, the Fast Wire is equally at home with profiling small prototype runs to large production runs, guaranteeing improved yield, quality and repeatability each time.
