Cutting Frame
Fixed cutting frame with movable conveyor table for horizontal block movement.Standard cutting width of 1,300 mm (4.25 ft.) or 2.200 mm (7.2 ft.).

Motor
The saw motor, a direct drive electric motor, is mounted on the cutting frame assembly. An "Inverter" style speed controller operates the motor at 85Hz or 3,470 rpm.

Stepper Motors
Stepper motors precisely control 1mm steps to ensure extremely accurate cuts.

Safety System
A safety screen envelopes the main cutting frame.Entry doors only open after the wire has stopped.

Profiler Software
The industry standard in proprietary CAD programming, this software has garnered praise for its simplicity of use while still maintaining tight production standards.

Remote Control
The 11-button manual control handset controls the wire, conveyor, start, pause, cancel,cutting speed, wire position and cut shapes.

DUST EXTRACTION
The Wintech Fastwire machine is supplied with a perforated dust-extractor head that allows fitting to wide variety of commonly available dust-extractor units. The dust-extractor head surrounds the cutting wire and the guide wheel and captures dust produced by the cutting process and carried out by the exiting cutting wire.
